I’m pleased to share the latest progress in our search for the next General Manager of High Meadows Golf & Country Club.
As you know, the Board of Directors has engaged RCS Hospitality Group (RCS) to conduct the executive search for our next General Manager. RCS brings over three decades of experience in strategic planning, executive recruiting, operations consulting, and training and development, along with a proven track record of success in the club industry.
Recently, the RCS search team spent a significant amount of time meeting virtually with our management team and department heads to gain valuable insight into the General Manager role and its importance to our Club’s operations. These discussions provided an in-depth perspective that will help ensure we identify the ideal candidate to lead High Meadows forward.
Because we have a two-year agreement in place with RCS, there will be no additional fee for this search. The only costs we anticipate will be related to bringing the final candidate(s) to High Meadows for on-site interviews and related arrangements.
Throughout the search process, RCS will continue to work closely with the Board of Directors and the Search Committee to ensure a thorough and transparent evaluation of potential candidates. We are hopeful to have our next General Manager in place by the fall.
We understand how important this decision is to the future of High Meadows Golf & Country Club, and we are confident that with RCS’s expertise and your continued support, we will find the right leader to guide our Club into its next chapter. We will keep you informed as the process moves forward.
